CIVILIAN FROCKS
 THE BEST CIVILIAN FROCK COATS EVER! THESE REPRO's ARE GREAT! You will want to wear this frock everyday, re-enactment or not. This pattern will work from the early 1850's to 1890's with no problem. You can buy one coat and cover all the era's you portray. Now that's a bargain at any price. They are made from 100% wool, no man made materials at all. Fully lined with black cotton for the body and checked pattern, woven cotton for the sleeve lining. They have one inside pocket over the left breast. They have 4 hand stitched button holes and 4 cloth covered buttons on the body. The sleeves have 2 non working cloth covered buttons on each sleeve and one button on each side of the tail. They fit wonderfully. If you can find a better coat buy it. I don't think you can. The handsome young fellow on the right wearing our coat, pants and vest is Tom Bennett. Our great looking black civilian frock is made from 100% cotton and lined with a black cotton body. Woven checked cotton material is used for the sleeve lining. It has all the features of our regular wool frock. This jacket features one interior breast pocket and matching cloth covered buttons. It is cut on the exact same pattern as our wool frocks but made of a good coat weight cotton for ease of wear and comfort in warmer weather. Capt. Smith of the Blockade Runner "Lady Constance" is wearing our black cotton frock, vest and pants. Wool is just not appropriate for the ports of Nassau or Wilmington in August! This fine cotton ensemble allows him to maintain a gentlemanly baring without having sun stroke. Matching vest and pants are available below.
