1861 AUGUSTA Ga. TEN CENT NOTE
This little .10 cent note drawn on the Augusta Savings Bank is a favorite of mine. I really like Southern fractional currentcy but what I like best about this little note is all the banks managers are listed on the back. Is that an ego trip or what? Condition is just as you see it, fair at best.
AUGUSTA .10 CENT NOTE $19.95 SOLD
1861 $2. NORTH CAROLINA NOTE
This little N.C. is in good condition. Were it not for the little mouse nibble at the upper right hand corner it would be in Very good condition. I believe you could start a whole collection and build it around nothing but these North Carolina notes. The best thing is they are still affordable! Who knows how much longer that will last! The bill is just as you see it, no surprises.
TWO DOLLAR NORTH CAROLINA NOTE $24.95 SOLD
VIRGINIA $1 NOTE
This Virginia $1. note is actually very nice. Medium grade I suppose you would say. July 21, 1862 is the date. No pin holes or tears. The color is good and the signatures are legible. A very respectable note.
VIRGINIA $1. NOTE $39.95 SOLD
CSA $50 NOTE
This Confederate $50. note with President Jefferson Davis's bust in the center is very nice. It has the blue back. No pin holes or tears. It's only "fault" is it is a little dark. But that is not unusual for this note. Printed in Columbia SC. Small red stamp in the upper right hand corner as seen in the photo.
CSA $50. NOTE $74.95 SOLD
