Capt. Lokey's latest book,
"Riding with the Wizard of the Saddle, a guided tour of the Gen.'s career"
follows Gen. Forrest through his many campaigns, training grounds, camp & H.Q. sites. Showing you where they were and how you find them today.
Dr. Bradley's latest book,
"Nathan Bedford Forrest's Escort and Staff"
is a detailed look at the men that rode into every engagement right beside the Gen. This book also ask, where they great because they had a great leader or was Gen. Forrest so successful because he had surrounded himself with such a loyal and devoted core of men?
The book signing will take place on Oct. 8, 2007 at the Blockade Runner Store, 1027 Bell Buckle Rd, Wartrace Tn. Both authors will be available to personally sign your copy from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Be sure to stop by and have your "Forrest" questions answered by two of the most knowledgable men on the subject.
